Fireball Whiskey Cheesecake Shots
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup Fireball Whiskey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (for garnish)
Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of shot glasses or small serving cups to form the crust.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Fireball Whiskey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in each shot glass.
Garnish with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream, if desired. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
